Your animal is processed in our state-inspected facility in New Germany, MN. Cut and packaged to your instructions.
Pick up at the plant or we deliver within 75 miles of New Germany. Every package traced back to the farm.

The Havenwood Stamp
Not every farmer we process for earns the Stamp. It goes to farms that meet our quality standard β right breed, right feed, right age, right care. When you see the Stamp, you know exactly what you're eating.
Corn-fed or verified grass-fed, grain-finished minimum 90 days. No shortcuts.
Beef: 18β30 months. Hanging weight documented per animal. No underweight animals.
Farmers sign our quality agreement. First batch reviewed. Stamp can be revoked.
