This is a simple agreement between Havenwood Meats LLC (“Havenwood,” “we”) and you for using our website and accounts. If you place an order, your purchase is also covered by our Terms of Service, and your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The site serves two kinds of users: a Client (a farmer or producer) and a Customer (an individual buying meat). You must be 18 or older, and the site is for use in Minnesota.

Your account

Keep your login details private, give us accurate information, and let us know if you spot any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Using the site fairly

Please use the site lawfully and don’t misuse it — no trying to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping or bots, and no false, harmful, or infringing content or impersonation. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

If you add content — a farm profile and photos, cutting instructions, recipes, or reviews — you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to display and use it to run and promote the site. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it’s accurate and lawful. We may remove content at our discretion.

Third-party services

The site uses trusted third-party services to work — for example, payment processing and email/text delivery. By using the site you’re fine with those services being used, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for a third-party service’s outages or changes.

Who owns the site

Havenwood owns its website, name, logo, brand, and content. Using the site doesn’t give you any rights to them, except for your own content described above.

The site is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the site running well, but we provide it “as is” — we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may update, pause, or change it. To the extent the law allows, Havenwood isn’t responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site.

Minnesota law
