What we collect

• Your name, email, phone, delivery address, cutting instructions, and order history.
• For farmers: your farm details, pricing, animals, and payout setup.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don’t store your full card number.

How we use it

• To take your order, schedule the harvest, make your cut sheet, and settle the final invoice.
• To send you order, pickup, and delivery updates by email and text.
• To run the farmer portal and pay farmers.
• To keep the records we’re required to keep and to prevent fraud.

Texts

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you order updates. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of non-essential texts.

Sharing

We only share your information with the services that help us run — like our payment processor and email/text providers — and when the law requires it. We don’t sell your information.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and meet our recordkeeping requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information (except records we’re required to keep).
